Jane Higgins is the Director of Community Advancement for the Blue Grass Community Foundation.

Jane advances philanthropy in the communities beyond Fayette and Clark Counties. She staffs the local Advisory Board for the Rowan County Community Fund and services stakeholders, fund holders, and professional advisors in Rowan County. 

These funds are here to enhance charitable giving, make impactful change and serve as a conduit to invest and give back to your community. Jane has experience in both the corporate and nonprofit worlds, with over 20 years in community development. 

Jane lives in Lexington with her husband their furry child Elvis. She enjoys golf and traveling to Big Stone Gap VA to visit family. Join us as we learn what the Rowan County Community Fund can do for this community and how you can give back, invest and be a charitable change maker for the community you call home, Morehead KY.
