Lunch and Learn Session II: COVID-19 Update

Wednesday, August 26, 2020 (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM) (EDT)

Description

So you have employees going on vacation to a hot spot -- can you - or should you - require them to quarantine upon their return? Can you – or should you – require them to be tested for COVID-19 before allowing them to return to the workplace? Can you prohibit them from travelling to a hot-spot? What about your employees who are asking for paid leave to home-school their children if their school system is not open to in-person instruction? Are you required as a business owner to make sure your employees and guests / customers wear a mask or face covering in your place of business?

CMI has been providing Human Resources Consulting for more than 20 years locally, regionally and nationally to client organizations in various industries including manufacturing, non-profit, financial and banking institutions, pharmaceutical and health-care providers, IT, coal, hospitality, marketing and advertising firms, retail, and many others both large and small.

In particular, CMI also specializes working with smaller local companies by serving as their outsourced HR department.
